PALs act as liaisons, reporting departmental needs to the Friends of CAPA Board. They help shape our goals and coordinate volunteers throughout the year. If you would like to join our CAPA family and help us build a family directory, please contact capapalsteam@gmail.com
BYLAWS
We operate as a fully volunteer board, structured and governed by our bylaws. There are no administrative fees or overhead costs associated with our efforts, ensuring that 100% of donations are directed to CAPA's programs.
